Elements of CHI-(nese Meridians)
This is an Asana Practice class along with Teaching Methodology. Please bring props for Practice. THURSDAYS 9:00a – 10:00a PDT Click here for more info on class Meridians are the pathways of energy flow through the body. Chi flows continuously, and a break in flow is an indication of imbalance in health. If a person’s vitality or energy is diminished, the body’s organs are functioning poorly, and Chi flow is inadequate. Twelve major meridians correspond to specific human organs, and Yin meridians flow upwards, while Yang meridians flow downwards. We will use these Meridian pathways as a way to work in Yoga Asana.
