Cora’s expertise and creativity in yoga therapeutics makes her a sought-after private yoga instructor. In the past, she could only make this available to people in her local area. Now, though, she is able to support you from anywhere.
Many different people work with Cora in private yoga sessions for a variety of reasons. Some of these include:
- Brand new beginners who want to start a yoga practice tailored to their needs
- People who need assistance adapting a yoga practice to a specific injury or illness
- Long-time practitioners who are looking to add some variety to their practice — especially through the unique use of props
- And many more!
If you are interested in working with Cora, you now have several options to do so. All sessions run 60-75 minutes in length.
PRACTICE OPTIONS
You come to Cora: In-person sessions in San Jose, CA
If you live or work in the San Jose area, you can come to Cora for an in-person session. Cora has all of the props you need to make this a wonderful experience, including a rope wall.
Price: $125/hour
What you need: Comfortable clothes for practicing yoga
Cora comes to you: In-person sessions in the Bay area
If you live in or around the Bay area, Cora can also come to you. This option saves you valuable time and allows you to practice with Cora in a space where you might also continue your personal practice.
Price: $175/hour (to account for Cora’s travel time and expenses)
What you need: Comfortable yoga clothes and standard yoga props (1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap and 2 yoga blankets).
You and Cora meet online — anywhere in the world
If you don’t live in the Bay area, not to worry! Cora can still work with you to meet your individual yoga needs. This is a wonderful option to learn from Cora in the safety and convenience of your own home.
Price: $100/hour
What you need: stable internet access, a Skype account, the ability to have your computer’s camera show a full view of you and your mat, comfortable yoga clothes and standard yoga props (1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap and 2 yoga blankets).

PREPARATIONS
Before your first session (regardless of the option you choose), you will need to complete the following:
- Fill out and return the personal health history questionnaire
- Sign and return the waiver
If practicing with Cora in-person, payment may be made at the end of the session. If practicing with Cora via Skype, payment must be made prior to the start of the session. Cora will send you the details on how to do this once the session date/time is confirmed.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours minimum notice is required to reschedule any session. Barring emergency, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours cannot be refunded, although they can be rescheduled.
