This session looks at Anxiety and how to work with Restorative poses. Anxiety happens as a normal part of life. It is an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, and can be useful for alerting to danger.

Persistent anxiety can interfere with work, concentration or sleep. For some people, anxiety can become excessive, and while the person suffering may realize their anxiety is too much, they may have difficulty controlling it and it may negatively affect their life.
