There are a wide variety of anxiety disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder to name a few. Collectively, they are among the most common mental disorders experienced by Americans according to the NIMH – anxiety disorders

  • generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD),
  • panic disorder,
  • post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and
  • social phobia (or social anxiety disorder).

We look at the physical and psycho-emotional aspects of anxiety, working with Classical Chinese Medicine theory of Stomach and Spleen Meridians.
