If you have any yoga props, please have them nearby during the session.
A suggested list of props is listed below

Yoga mat – or surface that is not slippery

1-2 yoga blocks

1-2 yoga belts – a bathrobe belt can work

1-2 blankets – or large towels
-
1 straight back sturdy chair – does not need to be backless yoga chair

1 bolster (always heavenly) – or rolled towels/blankets

A good attitude 😉
