If you have any yoga props, please have them nearby during the session.

A suggested list of props is listed below

  • Yoga mat – or surface that is not slippery

  • 1-2 yoga blocks 

  • 1-2 yoga belts – a bathrobe belt can work

  • 1-2 blankets – or large towels

  • 1 straight back sturdy chair – does not need to be backless yoga chair

  • 1 bolster (always heavenly) – or rolled towels/blankets

  • A good attitude 😉
