Branches of Meridian Magic

According to Chinese medicine, the body’s defensive energy is directly dependent on the strength of the Lung and Large Intestine. It is said that the Lungs are "the priest" or The Minister of Heaven and are responsible for establishing Chi for the body.  Since most energy is derived from oxygen, the Lung is primarily responsible for physical vitality and said to govern Chi. The Lungs positive attributes are righteousness, dignity, integrity, and high self-esteem, and is responsible for self-protection and self-preservation.
