This is a Hip Opening Sequence that works as an easy beginning sequence for class. It allows the legs and hips to open and release, before moving into standing poses. This sequence is good for back issues that are caused by tight legs. Use the yoga belt if the arms do not reach the feet in pose. The belt help to extend and lengthen, including in restorative poses like Supta Baddha Konasana or Supta Virasana.
