Cora, What a beautiful and eloquent post! Thank you for sharing this lovely balance and bringing attention to the yin and yang of the sun and moon as well as in our bodies. Looking forward to a few in-bed twists. Thanks, this was a delight to read.
I love reading these, Cora… and then I enjoy passing along these seeds to my own students, so it just goes around and around… How I wish we could sit and drink tea daily–I learn so much from you.
Thank you ALL for your kind words, and I am glad my small bits can help in any way. It is an honour to be a teacher and be able to share humble musings, and a gift to hear that it might be of benefit!
Thank you Cora!
This Spring, I feel like sinking into my space as if I lived in a soft shell like a seed myself. Let’s see how much sun and rain I’ll be getting until the next equinox. Looking forward to sprout. 🙂
